Thule roof bars

I’m having second hand roof bars soon so just wondering before I fit the ends to body work does any body have advice on if I should place anything underside  to protect bodywork

if you're using the Thule 753/754 feet, they have a large lump of rubber. The brackets that reach to the car are powder coated and don't scratch.

OEM bars also have lots of rubber to protect paint.

Oh cool yeah they turned up big chink of rubber got to say do you think these lupos look cool with roof racks lol

Thanks. Did a fair bit of fully loaded plodding around in the Arosa seeing as it was only a 1.0.
