Anyone got any ideas why my Lupo GTi doesn't always start when the engine is warm? I've taken this to a couple of garages now, but non of them have even been able to replicate the fault, let alone fix it! An example I give them is I leave my house, and go to the petrol station (10 minute drive) ignition off, key out, leave it a couple of minutes while I fill up, go to start it again then it wont start (see attached video and try to ignore the beeping). After leaving the ignition off for 5-10 minutes then try and start the car, it'll work. The check engine light is on, the fault is apparently the engine temp sensor. However this has been replaced with an OEM part and all wiring has been check with nothing unusual to show. Any suggestions would be appreciated! 20180206_171553.mp4

Help I have a Y reg seat arosa that currently has central locking... when I first bought the car the boot locked at the same time as I locked the doors via the central locking. Ive used my boot today and now when I lock my car the boot doesn't lock? I have to put the actual key into the boot to physical lock and unlock it. When I do this it then no longer unlocks.... ive checked my owners manual and doesn't say anything about it. can anyone help? Many thanks arosashan

Hi, over the past few days my lupo has occasionally decided it doesn't want to start. The ignition will turn the engine over but I've had to pump the throttle a few times before it will eventually come to life. Also its not just starting from cold, the other day i drove to the shops, left it for 20 minutes, came back and it wouldn't start. any ideas?

Hi, ive had a look around websites, magazines etc.. and i cant seem to find any exhausts that are hidden (for lupo obvs.) i know there not exactly 'the norm' on these websites etc. but looked anyway. Has anyone got one that they maybe had, Custom Built, or a sort of D.I.Y job on the standard one to make it sound nice and raspy, or managed to find one that is 'factory made' hidden, without having a tailpipe sticking out the back, or having to go down the route of the Sport/GTi centre exit. Cheers, Jamie.
