Thanks for that mate quick question hows the wheel spacers? i noticed they were a bit much on the front?

No the previous owner has painted it green, think because it has green stickers on the side windows he decided to piant the tow hook lol yh just lost i think dont have a clue what to do am thinking new wheels for next year but dont no what kind

Hi all, thought i would start one of these never done one before, the car is a 1.4 sport, 51 plate has 68k on the clock runs great, but i did have to get the rocker cover sealed as oil was getting into the spark plug wells apart from that its sound. Right i bought the car 4 months ago and hardly used it lol think i've done 600 miles or something not alot anyway, i bought it from a boy who was on here who had already modified it, now am looking to change the car a bit, and am not too sure what am goin to do yet lol i have a few ideas, anywhere here is some pictures of what i bought it like........... Thats what it looked lyk when i bought, since having it i have taken the massive sunstrip off (i didnt like it) put a set of winter wheels on it which am looking to change colour just for something to do haha, also i have removed the red door cards and rre trimmed them, and i have aslo sripped the paint off the rear lights and there now red again, heres a few pictures Thats the winter wheels one off the lights black and one red Leather door cards nightmare to do just another picture i have The car needs a good wash but it never seems to stop raining here up in the hills grrr, i think next on the list will be the seats i dont like them, also the roof black, i have also done the rear cards in black leather and the L shaped bits that goes up to the roof if you no i what i mean. Am not too sure what else i can do at the momment think i would of been better buying a standard lupo and starting ffrom scratch lol but hey i have it now peoples suggestions would be much appreciated Thanks David I will try and get more pictures

Can somebody please change the colour of my wheels to white please, then change them to black please not sure what colour to do them.

kool mate it was kam-racing where i seen them, em do have power flex bushes on your car? if so are they easy to fit and do i need new suspension parts?

hi all am looking at buying a new set of coilovers as my old ones are f**ked (long story) are these coilovers good for money or should i be spending my money on something else?? These Weitec Hicon GT coilovers (13280025) fit all Volkswagen Lupo 6X / 6ES models. These Hicon GT coilovers are height adjustable at the front (30-60mm) and rear axles (30-60mm). The front axle is adjusted via threaded strut housings, and the rear axle through adjustable springs + dampers. they will be costing me £398 thats delivered to my door??? Also has any1 fitted power flex bushes to there car? if so how hard / easy was it?? and do you need to buy new suspension commponets cause i no on the peugeot 106 tht you do. any advice and feedback would be much appreciated Thanks David

yh that sounded like it would of been a good thing to see working, yh two storys under ground and one on top, it was used for the cold war to find soviet submarines, seems like something else, the building is still standing now but no one is aloud to go near it as far as am lead to believe. yhea i was a big fan of the 106 quicksilver/gti i had 4 of them but tbh they just burned a hole in your pocket i loved them for there looks really nice car, every weekend it was in the garage but now am a vw man

As above i bought my lupo a while ago not yet changed the stereo, so tonight i decided to change it, the stereo that was in it was the orginal radio/cd, the only thing was i had to switch it on/off by myself it didnt do it with the key, anyway i put my cd player in all wired up etc etc but it isnt working tried switching it on then tried the key still nothing grrrr so i put it in my girlfriends golf and it works fine. so whats up with the lupo can i fix it? is it a easy fix? is it just a simple case of changing a wire? Please help Thanks

am up in scotland and the front two are f***ed mate so i only have 2 good ones

the wheels are 7 x 15 got the camber sorted out it was no bother raised the car aswell a little bit lol cant do the back tho but it seems alryt just the tyres now, the car seems strange with the spacers dont no if thts just me, am in a pickle haha new to the lupo scene quess i'll just have to play about till i get it ryt mmmmmm

lovley biscuits emm, so am best to take the spacers off , and will it look alryt with 175's or just go for the 195's

am new to here, so bare with me haha, i have a black lupo 1.4 sport it has 15" lenso alloys black and silver, the tyres are 165 / 50 / 15 am not to keen on the strecth and it is low and has 25mm spacers, if i raised it a bit and put 195's on will i have to remove the spacers??? and the camber angle on the front to if i raise the car will this help the camber??? Thanks guys

Just joined this i have a 1.0e lupo black just lowered it 40mm and the inside of the tyre is worn ryt down??? help needed and am also looking for a 1.4 sport
