yer the head is going to have major work as thats where most of the power gains are on an n/a i dont wanna push the injectors out of there capability tho :/ what power are we going to take a punt at 170??

same here bud i'm looking at flowing porting polishing caming bigger valve etc etc for my head thats why i've hybrided it i was just askin as surely bigger TB = more air so if i uprate the injectors i could push them further than the puney sport ones o it FBW TB but i've got the kit to set another FBW TB up with my ecu

Right so i've gotta gti bottom end inlet and TB loom Ecu etc etc i'm going to use my gearbox as well is there any need for me to use the gti's ecu or could i just use the sport one and get it mapped (i have contact's with superchips lol) i've heard stuff about using 2.0l golf TB instead can someone shed some light on that for me regarding what model it's off and using the injectors etc etc Thanks for your Help Robbo

im currently in progress ive chopped up some mk4 polo hella rears stripped the led board out dremmeled the indicater section of a donor set of lights out and will be putting the stoppers there and have wedge holders for for the inicators which will be where the reverse light is but in the side all wired up to the original back gonna be immense once done just will take forever as i cant be bothered with it lol

right so the raceland needs to be tweaked apparently to fit around the sports sump is it just a crease need putting in to clear an egde of the sump or does it need physically bending clear or extending i have use of the following equipment lmao: mandrel bender press and bearing ( to make nice curved creas) stainless steel tube some remarkably good stainless welding people. any who can help please do pics would be great too.

right so im about to install my raceland manifold and have heard something about an extended lambda sensor is this for the first lambda (is there two?) to be located where the raceland has the hole? i have got a brand new golf lambda laying around and its the same wire code as mine so would this be long enough? is there anyone who does them off the shelf? can any one help me i need to fit my new map (manifold air pressure) sensor i think i found it but do you have to take the belt covers off? surely it is easier than that?

best thing to do is machine your butterfly to 1mm if anything therefore reducing air restriction talking to a fully qualified motorsport technician doesnt help as this is road car not a track going beast waste of time and money imo
