ideally use an impact adhesive that you spread onto the material and paint onto the panel ,if you want to use a spray adhesive only use a good quality heat resistant one or it will come off and look gash in no time! as jamiea7x said ,ideally use something slightly stretchy then itwont be too hard and youll probably get it over the panel in one piece if you use something less stretchy you ll have to pattern the pieces and stitch them together to create the shape if you need either type of glue let me know,they are £10 for a litre can of impact glue or £10 for a spray can of the heat resist here are mine by the way obviously mine are a little more complicated using a blind fastened seperately trimmed panel,i wanted more decorative stitching to emphasise the fact theyre leather if you need any materials or just some help/pointers give me a shout dan

i think it might be too late ,evvo the new beetle club forum i go on , had to have their forms for u.d 09 in last weekend so they could have4 or 5 inside spaces id get on to dean a bit sharpish if u r wanting indoor spaces,also you can get discounted rooms if you are showing your car,its quite a bit cheaper ,i had the bug inside on the meguiars stand in 07 and we got a fair bit off thru dean,he sets a an amount of roms aside for show peeps dan if there are any places ,id be interested in one ,as it give me a reason to get my finger out and do some work to the car?? cheers dan

they dont need any of that ,just wobble bolts which ive got,they fit pretty much straight on,make me an offer as they need to go heartagram ,it is lowered 40 mm but cant go lower as the missus will kill me

heres a new little update did a 'pikey' refurb on the bbs 's for the www.evvo.co.uk bug meet ,seeing as the bugs sorn'd at the moment,i thought id better make the effort and represent in the loop. anyway i won best non new beetle ,which was ace and got £25 off t.g.i fridays!! photys! of my £25 refurb ,bargainous!!! rubbed em down ,primered and first coat,ps cant recommend the halfords colour matched spray cans enough,theyre ace!!! red bbs stickers and red pinstriping tape and jobs a good un nearly done! and theyre on!!!i love em ,so glad i did them now evvo bug meet,ace day out and great to catch up with them all again,made me miss having the beetle,something rotten though tried to sneak in ,incognito spot the loop,wonder if anyone will notice me here? and not in the non beetle section ooops wahey best non beetle award goes to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and the lairy loop

small world mate,i aint seen him for ages though,think ultimate dubs was the last time nah ive been doing loads for other people instead as my boy wants to go snowboarding in feb so gotta to pay for that pah ,rubbish!!! but should be back on it next week as i think ive just about cleared my backlog of work thanks m8,quite a few people have said the same about the bug,i tried to make it look a little harder as so many people do the flowers and stick on chrome ****,i thought id try and give it a harder edge ,it seems to go down pretty well at shows and stuff and the amount of attention it gets out on the road is mad!! although the loops catching up now!!! cheers dan

not all the mk4 seats are recaro ,the recaros were an option,some just have sports versions of the standard seats with the big bolsters ,and the top section under the headrest is completely flat ,the recaros have the bigger bolsters and have the cut out along the top edge that the headrest sits down into. ive got pics of all the variations somewhere ill see if i can find em for you dan

not nescessarily but ,the low springs will kill your standard dampers quicker and the handling will suffer as theyre not working as theyre meant to,ok if its for the looks i guess but if you want it to handle better get new lowered, uprated shocks that work with the- 60mm springs dan

you can get the wheels themselves for next to nothing ,got offered one recently by a belgian guy for 70 euros but the airbags are phenomenal money,like £££££££££££££££££££££££££££££33hundreds from the stealer so i gave it a miss dan
