Someone needs to buy it and put a 1.8T in it! I'd would look great stripped with a cage and bucket seats in, sell all the interior on and make back some money! I'd do it but I've already got a track car and need a boring deisel tow car. Price drop again to £1500 no offers as I can't justify selling it for any less.

No it can be driven perfectly legally. Its been like it well over a year and i drive it daily. Stevie pics and details of the polo, may be interested in swaps. Just to add its taxed till october and MOT'd till august.

Yeah I've tried to show the damage but it's hard to photograph. There's light dents in the passenger wing door and sill.

The time has come to sell my lupo gti. I need something bigger so i can tow my track car so the lupo has to make way for something big and boring. Its a (2002) 51 plate red 6 speed gti, ive owned the car for nearly 4 years now and its been a cracking little car. It is in need of some work and i have taken this into account with the price. Obviously its got all the standard GTI spec with xenons etc and is a sunroof equiped model. It also come with 15" Compomotive th3s with 195 45 15 toyo proxes T1R rubber all round Koni sports adjustable coilover kit (about £1000 worth from demon tweeks) the front are on car adjustable dampening and the rears adjust off the car. K & N panel filter in modified air box with improved ducting Stainless 4-2-1 manifold Grooved front brake discs Black VW badges front and rear De badged rear GTI badge in grill with carbon wrapped I (not fitted in photos) Plain numberplates LED side light bulbs Unfortunately there are a few things wrong with the car: Its milage is currently 143000 miles. The syncromesh on 3rd gear has worn so it cruncges and wont engage, ive driven the car like this for a while now and drives fine going from 2nd to 4th obviuosly this needs attention though. The car was recorded as a CAT D due to panel damage when someone crashed into me, the damage has not been repaired and can be seen in the photos. Also the front bumper has not been painted very well. Bit too far to come and have a look. The last box I looked at only had a small hole in the casing but was demolished inside. Would you post it?

bit of an update. I still haven't had any contact from Paz. I've been on holiday so was hoping to have an email or pm but there was nothing. to answere the above question no I haven't actually spoken to Paz, not for want of trying, I had 2 of his mobile numbers which I was phoning and txting but I gave up after no reply. I'm not going to start posting in all of his threads but i know he has had a link to this pm'ed to him and I can't belive he hasn't bothered to reply.

no the whole was on the inside of the bell housing and couldn't be seen. it was bought as a complete unit so engine was bolted to gearbox. he said he had a complete car as spares. like I say, it was my mistake to trust him.
