  1. 1999 V Plate VW Lupo 1.4 16v in soft blue. Just passed 80,000 miles. Paint in good condition with the usual car park scuffs and stonechips. Tax until end of Jan 2012. Factory pop-out rear windows and mudflaps. VW Alloys with four new tyres fitted 8,000 miles ago along with front discs and pads. New clutch cable and welding to pedal box also carried out. Comes with Kenwood CD/USB Stereo. Lowered 40mm on lowering springs. Car has failed MOT on emissions - suspect burning oil through exhaust - but passed on just about everything else. The car has been used daily since we bought it back in January New car due so in need of a quick sale, would like an offer slightly higher than the scrap-man's - would make a great project car - it's too nice to squash £500 - come and drive it away this weekend before it's too late! SOLD - that was quick! No swaps or px thanks. No time to break the car for parts either, sorry. Based in Skipton, North Yorkshire. Call Nikki on 07966 217404 for more details or visit http://thebluelupo.blogspot.com/
  2. Ride-height sorted (for now). Down on -40mm lowering springs...
  3. Cheers, although I will be looking to change them in good time. Also sort that ride-height too!
  4. What price for the lowering springs posted/courier'd down to North Yorkshire? Cheers.
  5. Yay! After looking at a few I finally found the right car at the right price: http://thebluelupo.blogspot.com/
  6. It certainly is! Getting out of the van and into a Lupo - it feels like a go-kart!
  7. Hello all, bit of a reintroduction: I used to have a Gti but for the past few years have been playing with something a bit bigger. Due to rising fuel costs I'm on the look out for a 1.0L Lupo to use as a daily. I'm off to view one at the weekend (a 52 plate with nearly 80k on the clock) and wondered if anyone had any tips on what to look out for? Many thanks in advance, Richard
  8. other half into the biking more than me. I like the fashion!! Nikki
  9. Hello. Never replied on here before, this is my other halfs username. So I hope he doesn't mind!! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" /> Sorry I didn't wave. Have done in the past to fellow lupo gti drivers and had no response just strange looks, so have given up. Live in Skipton, drive to Harrogate every day, so if you see me again please wave. It's a Cornish flag by the way (black and white) not Scottish. And with almost 100,000 miles on the clock I DO KNOW what an awesome car I drive. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="B)" border="0" alt="cool.gif" />
