When removing the steering wheel can i get away without disconecting the battery as long as the ignistion off ? Was gong to renew both side's as the ikons on them are faded with time, but will get them from Eurocar parts as VW doesn't seem to be as cheap as i thought they'd be

Just wondered if anyone has come across this problem ? when i go to use my washer jets just the once they don't seem to stop and in the process is wasting all the water. It's getting to the point now that i've got to turn the car off to get them to stop, it some times happen's when i go to indicate. I presume that'll be down to warn connectors in the wiper stalk but can't be a 100% sure? Scott

Hi guy's wonder if anyone can shine some light on this issue for me please. On tick over there is a slight rattling noise that seems to be coming from near the alt belt and cam cover, it's more noticeable when driving, i have noticed that the small silver tensioner pulley is either lose or on it's last leg's but have been told not to change it until it's totally nackered. Could this be the cause of the rattling sound or possibly something else ? Regards Scott

Hello boys and girl's, I've just recently bought meself a lupo that i P/X my corsa b for it's : 2001 Y plate 1.0ltr 98k soft blue I've always loved the lupo and always planned of owning one sooner or later. The car's not perfect but compared to the corsa it's a thousand times better a really lovely car to drive. As most second hand car's there's always the odd bit inside or out that either need's attention or adding So give her a quick wash and hover out and added some of the item's that where missing. All taken off me phone as i didn't have me proper camera Still need to clean this area and really go to town on the rest of the car Few thing's added Cover and bracket Side seat pivit cover Bonus item And parcel shelf Thing's that need attention. Not going to be a simple check strap replacement as it's being ripped through the metal so a weld job is in order me think's Is it poosible to take these covers apart without snapping the two pins inside ? Gona try and wet sand this scetion down as i don't think it really needs replacing
