  3. just fill it up and keep checking the dip stick which i am sure you have done you don't need to worry if its quoted 4.5 litres and you only get 4 litres in, as long as your dip stick is meauring fine then you are fine style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />

  9. yeah it was this morning at about 9am ish it was parked up erm which part........erm well i came from chipping norton, left at the lights down the hill towards the middle of banbury and it was parked on the left hand side of the road with the ass pointing towards the road.

  13. try and see if you can get the old pedal box back off them because i know that you can weld the bit that has snapped off and reuse it...........
  14. oooooooo 40k service major service mate well thats what i had anyway i had to have the following: 40k service - 90.25 brake fluid change - 19.00 filter - 6.50 spark plugs - 16.00 pollen filter - 11.55 brake fluid - 11.88 screenwash - 2.70 sump washer - 0.60 engine oil - 30.00 all came to £210 inc vat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  15. don't worry about it the difference will be very small because when you get bigger wheels u will have lower profile tyres making the radius of the wheel 'almost' the same as your wheels you have now that have a HIGH profile tyre. also your speedo is about `2-3` mph out anyway

  17. i use that vw stuff 84k miles of screwing and no engine blow up.........yet expensive stuff but so its all the other stuff

  19. could be anything mate it could be the splash guard underneath the car as they take that off to change the oil
  20. the arosa comes in a sport version as well with a 1.4 16v engine also with a centre exhuast.
  21. that carb cleaner crap is wonderful stuff cleans the TB so well, i had problems with mine and i sprayed crap loads of the carb cleaner in and now the car is runing great and the TB is bling bling!! haha
  22. the lupo will eat them both alive if not then you can't drive the lupo properly style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":lol:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> my fat heavy polo with the same engine as the lupo can eat a saxo vtr so the lupo will have no problems at all and the golf.........tell your dad don't even bother thinking about racing you the 1.4 16v engine puts out much more than the stated 100bhp last time i was on the rollers it gave me 121bhp at the fly and 86 at the wheels...........vw quote 100 at the fly........and this wasn't just on my polo, my gf's 1.4 16v polo got 122 bhp yes beaten by a girl.....
