Ok, thanks for the reply. So you'd recommend replacing both and getting door speakers with the built-in tweeters? Then there's the problem of the stock speakers being riveted in to the door. Bloody VW, making everything so difficult. Did you fit yours yourself? How did you sort the rivet issue? Thanks

Yeah Silver, that's the one. I realise my thread title is slightly misleading. LoopLoopLupo how much would you send just the grab handles for? Thanks
-
Pretty much as the title suggests I'm after some VW mudflaps. Mine doesn't have any I assume they fit all Lupo models? Also, one grey handle from above the window. They're £20 from Lupo Boz. If anyone has one sitting around I would love to hear from you! One of my window wiper knobs have fallen off. Just the little spinny bit on the end. I think it's black. Does anyone have any? Thanks all! Dale

Hi guys. I have had my Lupo for about 10 months now. Still going strong! Something I've wanted to upgrade from the start was the sound system. I don't want a sub in the boot or speakers in the back. I just want some nice speakers in the front for me to enjoy (selfish aren't I! ) However, the tweeters in the front are atrocious! They are ok for a little bit of dance or just listening to the radio, but when I'm in the mood for rocking out, the just can't handle it. They pretty much just crackle. Will a new set fix this issue? If so, what do you suggest? If I just ripped them out and didn't replace them would it sound awful? Thanks Snaily

Go to the Admiral group. They seem to be best for first time insurers. I would go third party fire and theft for your first year, then fully comp the next year. My 1st year was £1700 then it dropped to £870 a couple of weeks ago and I'm now fully comp

Hi mate. I'm after your window winder knob. Just the little knob on the end. There are four clips on them and mine have snapped. Also looking for a grab handle from above the passenger window. Are yours grey? Thanks mate Snaily

Any chance you could send me a grab handle from above the door? One of mine are broken

Hi Guys I'm sure I've seen this problem on this forum before but can't find it so don't shoot me for re-posting. My passenger door on my 04 plate Lupo seems to have dropped slightly. When the door shuts it lifts up slightly when it closes which suggests it isn't in line and has fallen down slightly. Has anyone else had this problem or any ideas on how to repair? Thanks Snaily

Interior blue lights - what do peeps think??
snaily replied to Pete91's topic in Interior and In-Car Entertainment
I'm liking this. So what have you attached the cables to under the dash? Do they come straight from the battery? -
Ok, no worries. Do you have the grab handles above the windows in the front? On of mine has snapped
-
Do you have the soundproofing from under the bonnet? Oh, and whereabouts in Hertfordshire are you?
-
Thanks for getting back to me. I just need a front one. It's the front passenger door handle that's snapped. So just for that handle would it be £19? And yes it would be the grey handles I am after.

Hi everyone. I'm currently looking for some new interior roof handles. You know... the ones above the door. One of my friends snapped mine See you around Dale

Hi there. Do you have a parcel shelf. My Loop is seriously lacking in the parcel shelf department

With xenon bulbs do they just fit in what is already there or do I need some extra bits. And thanks for the help Silver

Hello there. It's the first time I've posted here so a big hello to you all! I got my 2004 Lupo about 4-5 months ago. I'm liking it a lot. I need some ideas about what to do with it, styling wise. I am a student so I'm on a small budget, but has anyone got any ideas for making the car look a bit cooler than the stock model. It's a light blue colour and has the standard wheels on at the moment. I think I may replace them and get some nice black ones (any suggestions?). So has anyone got any ideas to make it look that little bit better? Cheers
