  1. I saw what you wrote. As I said in my second conment, get the damage fixed by a professional and get the car looking up to a decent standard and it'll look so much better than doing it yourself. I'm not trying to be an arse, you said you wanted a debate on what's better but you clearly only want to hear people siding with you and completely disregard any other argument. I don't care what you do to your car, all I'm saying is your car will still be covered in "dents and holes" it'll just have a crap paint job to add to its problems.
  2. Damn it. It's you kind of people who make insurance for people who actually DO modify their car properly and legaly so expensive! Play by the rules like everyone else.
  3. Thanks man, can't wait until the bank has recovered enough to be able to spend some money on her
  4. A decent dslr with video mode will do what you want, personally I'd reccomend a Nikon d3100. Depends on your budget though
  5. It's obvious you've made your own mind up by the way you only listen to what you want to hear.. So please, be my guest and better your expensive paint with halfords spray paint on your driveway.
  6. Thanks buddy, it's a lot of fun. You already know what I think of yours haha. Not to much happening at the minute as money is a bit tight
  7. Thought I'd start a thread on here of my new car even though its not a arosa/lupo as I love the forum 24 Nov 2012 22:47 by joshuaar2011, on Flickr 24 Nov 2012 22:47 by joshuaar2011, on Flickr 24 Nov 2012 22:48 by joshuaar2011, on Flickr 24 Nov 2012 22:48 by joshuaar2011, on Flickr 24 Nov 2012 22:49 by joshuaar2011, on Flickr 24 Nov 2012 22:50 by joshuaar2011, on Flickr 24 Nov 2012 22:54 by joshuaar2011, on Flickr 24 Nov 2012 22:50 by joshuaar2011, on Flickr 24 Nov 2012 22:54 by joshuaar2011, on Flickr DSC_0019 by joshuaar2011, on Flickr And today's addition
  8. Very good price, and... Soft blue and chrome will be sweeeet!
  9. Definitely declare the alloys and springs, as for the price of your insurance it depends on your age, ncb and location. just ring them for a quote.
  10. If you don't have the proper facilities to paint you will end up with all sorts stuck in the paint. Seriously, you won't better what you have now with rattle cans it will look ****. There is a reason a respray is expensive.
  11. I wouldn't fancy it personally
  12. Truth hurts, the seats are vile. Plus he doesn't own either the seats or exhaust so what does it matter?
  13. Nah all black, there isn't enough of a lip for the polished lip to work in my opinion
  14. Sorry, couldn't resist
  15. Yes they will look better one colour, but does your question and your signature not massively contradict itself?
  16. Number 1 looks good. And no doubting your photoshopping skills but the polo cup bumper doesn't suit the lupo. Infact it doesn't even suit the polo in my opinion.
  17. Take the car to a detailer and have the rest of the car corrected
  18. Et 20 as this brings the wheels in further, with that et and tyre size you'll want the arches rolled possibly a little flare to be safe and 185 45 tyres.
  19. That's a lot of stretch man! 185 or 195 45 would suffice. Take a look at awesome gti or similar for lupo camber shims
  20. What tyres will you be running? And yes you can camber the rears using camber shims.
  21. Insurance will rape you anyway haha, and if the car isn't lowered either it will look poop.
  22. Yeah I'm sure they'll look fine with decent lows on a clean lupo. But just saying they're cheaply made replicas.
  23. Hell yeah! And fitting package, spigot rings and wobble bolts
  24. There is a reason that real bbs are popular, because people like putting good quality parts on there car and those wheels will nowhere near match bbs quality. Concave alloys are a popular style wheel so you won't be the only one. Don't get me wrong, they're nice looking wheels. But they are just cheap multifit alloys.
