Hi Patrick Are the front arb and droplink bushes standard or were they poly as well, trying to decide between the weitec coilovers and the H&R cup kit. Just bought a locost with a blade engine with my dad as a dedicated track toy, the lupo is just going to be for the road. How are you finding the coilover with speed bumps etc? Cheers Angelo

Is anyone running kwv1s with poly bushes, Starting rebuilding mine and showing her a bit of love as she's is looking a little bit worse for wear at the mo. Also is anyone using an updated rear arb? The track car I was sharing with my dad has sold now so going to concentrate on getting the Lupo ready for the occasional track day but mainly for a bit of a blast. I will be selling my engine as I have a new one to go in. It has 108 thousand miles on it, oil has been changed every six thousand miles, have history and for the next ten days can be seen running. £220.00 I am based in salford, manchester and can deliver locally if required. airbox, ac, ecu etc will be retained, Disks and carriers have 30 thousand on them as these were the first items i upgraded, £25.00 Pipercross kit, has 40 thousand on it, £20.00 Team dynamic alloys, were originally on my lupo, then swaped to my sisters who managed to kerb the polish lips badly. I have used them as winter wheel. open to offers on these as they need a refurb. £100.00 Will have grab handles, and door pulls and used front upper gti door cards for sale as well.after the 8th of december If you have any parts for swapping I am open to offers. Hi guys, Engine in my 2001 5 speed GTI is using a lot of oil, Looking to buy a new engine to swap while I repair the original. The new engine is from a later model with the six speed box. Is this a straight swap? Also my car has air conditioning, i am guessing this should be a straight swap over? Any help would be apreciated as I am looking to collect the engine over the weekend. After nearl 8 years of ownership an 80 thousand miles, time has come to change for something new. Since I got my Navara for work 2 years ago, I only really drive it to the gym and back now and as I am old I can afford the insurance on something with a little more power. Hi mate, the cable on my window has snapped. Mine is electric. Just stripped the door pannels to get a good look at it. Looks like it will be stealer parts to rectify, going to have alook through the threads on here to see if anyone has encoutered the problem before. Alright guys, Use it as my second vehcle as I drive a navara pick up during the day, 7 years NCB, no points or accidents and an m6 poscode, central manchester. 16 ich alloys and pipercross air filter, Cant seem to get a quote for less than £850 This I think is excessive as I am 31 so nearly drawing a pension! You need: G60 Carriers G60 Disks Pads, Calipers are a straight fit, break lines reach no problem. I used Solid vented G60 disks from VW, £30.00 each, EBC green stuff pads, to noisy when cold, great when they warmed up, using mintex pads now which are great. Took about 15 min to change each side once the wheels were off. There is a guide in the how too section. Regards Angelo
