just springs..... theyve been on for about 3/4 months now and not a blip... however when they do go...im gona put gti shocks on... tbh with an anti roll bar they really arent that far off coils on handling...and the absorb bumps too so its a nicer ride all together

the lowest ive found is 60mm....thats what ive got on mine now.... i may have seen lower on dubmeister...but i dont think so.... if i was you friend id go for 60mm supersports... makes a big difference plus its not that different from coils... hope thats help
