When i got mine i had the same issue and the cog had stripped that moves the roof it might be worth a try

latly iv just painted the rocker cover and exhust manifold and fitted a set of mudflapds

havnt updated for a little while latly iv fitted a new interior cosisting or front bucket seats and lupo rears lost a few stickers and today iv given it a good clean and detail

Id leave it as it is looks well and abit diffrent

Iv just noticed you only have half the side strips i like it looks really quite diffrent did you remove them

Tryed fitting a set of fk corsa b rear struts to the lupo today today and found that the bottom bolt size is not the same the corsa run bigger bolts and also the strut its self is not as wide what moddifing needs to be done to the car/coilovers to make them fit thanks in advance for any help
