I may need one too! Have an ABS light and Brake light on the dash. My mechanic says that I have 3 faulty ABS sensors.

I think it’s probably the ABS pump or module. Will get the codes read tomorrow. So may need one too!

I have in my hand the gti abs pump as promised by Rich. Do you need it?

  2. SDI, 128k, pedal box done, new heater matrix, new wheel bearing, new wiper stalks, needs resistor pack as blowers not working, new discs and pads, jvc CD player with usb and Bluetooth I think, electric windows, full 12 months mot, bodywork isn’t great, pop out rear windows, light grey interior but I’ve fitted dark grey seats which look much better, drivers doorcard a bit saggy, rattley exhaust, very good tyres, new front wipers, cambridge rear lights which have been tinted and one cracked, overall a good runaround, very economical I’m sure you know these are capable of 70-80mpg.
Was going to advertise for £650 but to save to lowball offers I’ll ask £500, no offers, based in Durham.

Again I apologise for no photos but the site has given me 5.02kb for images so I’m left with no option but to post a link.

    Volkswagen Lupo SDI

  3. Corbeau Forza 2k bucket seat which is welded to a drivers side Lupo seat frame, therefore retains back and forth sliding but no height or angle adjustment.
Nice seat with cutouts for a harness but as the belt clip is one with the frame, a normal belt has been perfectly fine.

Stitching coming away slightly as in photo, it is not ripped.

Collection only, postage would not be worth it for you or me.

    £80.

Not even sure I want to do this, well I know I don't; but I'm getting older, the kids are getting bigger, and I'm feeling like it's time to move on. Unless someone gives me 2 grand for my SDI then I can afford to keep this and upgrade the daily.

    2002 Lupo tdi sport.

Cheap to tax, £30 per year & returns over 100 miles to £10. I'm consistently getting 56mpg with mixed driving.

I have owned this car for over 3 years and have covered 36k. Drives well, boosts well, nippy little daily car which presents itself well.

Mileage is at 198k, clutch, cam belt and thermostat were changed at 160, oil at 195k and fluids will be done within the next day or 2.

Painted inside and out, windows out fresco green in 2015, Arosa tailgate added, door strips removed, brand new check straps fitted.

Fitted with pop out rear windows, gti foot pedals, leather gear knob, steering wheel and handbrake.

    Lowered 40mm on Apex springs.
All fittings and fixtures are intact.

Sony CD player with usb/aux/bluetooth connectivity.

    Original working cup holder.

Being a sport it features electric mirrors, windows, front fog lights, central locking and pas.

    Rust repaired on sills.

Sold on VW OEM Polo 6n alloy wheels (Part number 6N0601025D) which I think suit it perfectly and much nicer than the standard sport wheels, good tyres all round.

    Fun points. ☹

Paint work has a few chips, mostly at the front.
Key mark on the passenger door, not deep.

Rust coming through on rear arch and on boot lid due to my terrible refitting of bumper after installing a towbar, which is wired in might I add.

Cambridge rear lights will be removed.

    The roofbars will be removed.

Occasionally crunches into third if you're vigorous.

    Viewings and test drives welcome.

My apologies on the photos being in the link below, it’s allowing me 13kb to upload photos, 1 photos is more than that.

  5. Hi Helen, if you’re using a mobile you can sometime upload a photo straight into the forum as long as it’s not over a certain size.
Interested in seeing your little Lupo, I’ve got 2 so not interested in buying it but it’s nice to hear that you’ve had it from new, you must be sad to be getting rid. All the best with your sale.
