  1. I have a set of BBS RZ 515s for sale, they are 15x7 can't remember the offset but will fit the Lupo. They come with 195/50/15s on them all worn. I have bought spigot rings for them so as they will fit correctly. I am asking for £500 for them and they will need a small refurb, only slight curb rash and come with all centre caps. Would prefer collection from Chelmsford, Essex. Pictures from trial fit when I first got them. All questions welcome will try and answer as best as possible, cheers.
  2. Right nothing has actually changed yet, well apart from I have now got my front badge fitted, but it has had its first clean since collecting it from the bodyshop, and I have to say it looks awesome, soo I had to go out and take some decent pictures especially now I have found my digital camera, after misplacing it after edition. And then a couple on a jolly trying to find decent locations. There are plenty more I took but it's taking a while to upload so I'll get some of those up later tonight. Chris.
  3. Yeah the 1.0L was really cool and got loads of attention, but the sport is soo much quicker, you havent got to make sure you have a mile of no traffic to over take something, it's effortless in the sport.
  4. Haha don't get asked that much... I used a local body shop, Braintree accident repair centre, my dads mate owns it, full of old timers that really know what there doing. And yeah the exhaust can be abit of a pain to keep clean but I gave mine a really good polish with a Drexel at work and a coat of sealant so a quick polish and it's gleaming again.
  5. Cheers I really like them, really want to get them refurbed and some rubber on them
  6. Did a quick dig through the photos on my phone and found some pictures of when my wheels graced the English soils fresh from Deutschland, and of course I had to do the obligatory test fit, hence why there hanging and various curb marks, all to be sorted with a quick refurb. But I can't complain for the hefty price of £90, anyway less rambling and some pics. Of course they need some low profile tyres, and just for those who might want to know, they are BBS RZ 515, there 15x7 et 38 or somewhere around there. Cheers Chris.
  7. Haven't updated this in a while... Well today I got my car back from the body shop after having full respray except for the roof and boot, had a few panels replaced and now it looks brand new, I love my car again... Any way pics Still waiting for my new grill badge to arrive :/ And complete straight down the sides Next up is tidy the interior up abit and get my wheels sorted out for the show season. Cheers Chris

  11. Hi folks Here i have my Steffan BCW's Spec Fronts 14x8 et 15 Rears 14x9 et 20 PCD 4x100 They are mirror polished but could do with abit of a freshen up to be honest, one could also do with a new center cap. The fronts have just had new Continental Contisport Contacts but the rears come without tyres on. Reason for sale is that ive sold my old polo and are now collecting dust. Price around the £800 mark NO postage but could come to some arrangement to meet half way or collection from Colchester Essex Now ill let the pictures do the talking http://i389.photobuc...9/102001045.jpghttp://i389.photobuc...9/102001046.jpg http://i389.photobuc...9/102001048.jpg http://i389.photobuc...9/102001049.jpg http://i389.photobuc...14_edited-1.jpg http://i389.photobuc...omay2011023.jpg http://i389.photobuc...pictures111.jpg http://i389.photobuc...pictures112.jpg http://i389.photobucket.com/albums/oo334/truss1989/102001045.jpg[/img i389.photobucket.com
  12. He's looking for £800 ono
  13. My mate has a set he wants rid of, use to be mine, there mirror polished 14" 8&9j fronts have brand new 195/40/14 continentals on and the rears need tyres, I can let him know if you're interested. Pic of how they looked when on my old Lupo And the wheel itself
  14. What mark is it, mk3 I'm assuming?
  15. For sale is my Lupo Sport 100bhp model in flash red, it's done 102,000 miles will rise due to being used daily. Very well looked after by myself, unfortunately not by other previous owners as the body work is a bit tatty, minor dents on all four corners and paint removed from what looks like a smart repair on o/s/r of bumper, all damage was present when I got the car. Car is cleaned at least once a week, and has an oil and filter change every 5,000 miles. Buckets loads of reciepts and previous MOT certificates etc. Recently had £1800 worth of work done whilst I have had it, replacing gearbox, slip ring, lambda sensor, and MOT. I have replaced both rear wheel bearings and has got 4 as new tyres all round, all nexens. Has plenty of MOT and tax left. Genuine reason for sale, need a bigger car as I'm 6'3" and it's not ideal. Probably left a lot out, but any questions please ask. Looking for £2000 ovno. Located Braintree, Essex.
  16. I ran 14x8s on the front and 14x9s on the rear and had some pretty hench stretch and rolled arches you'll be lucky to run 16s and make them work.
  17. I have had this light on both of my lupos and found it to be lambda sensor post cat. Which sounds about right as it hits the road constantly.
  18. Hot air gun and a toffee wheel in a drill is what I used. But not everybody has these to hand.
  19. About time I updated again, well the whole interior has been wet-vaced and looks a million times better, just the front door cards to strip down and clean by hand. Its been getting plenty of washes starting to get pretty anal with it too, took the rear lights out and cleaned behind them, couldn't believe how much dirt gets caught up behind there. And also got myself some pressed plates at GTI SpringFest, they look 100X's better than the stained plates it came with. Anyway pics. Seats before: Seats during: And after, look nice and red: Couple of snaps of some detailing, haven't take pics of all stages but you all know how it goes: Lastly pressed plates YO!! That's all for now should be doing some more work to it in the next week or so, all mechanical . New tyres going on as I'm fed up of the crappy Mohawks on there at the moment, under steers like a bitch. ABS will finally be sorted after spending 2 hours with a multimeter and oscilloscope diagnosing what was faulty, and maybe a oil change and some new wishbones seeing as there just taking up space in my room now. Till next time, Bash.
  20. Rocco is naths and I have occasionally seen him at the meets.
  21. Yeah that was winter mode on a set of old golf alloys look like crap. And the hazard tape was ages ago haha soon after that I decided to smooth the front end rather than just repair the damage that had been done.
