rick briddon
HelloIs there anyone in the Hampshire area that has a VAG com and is willing to meet up as i have just bought a Lupo 3L and i would like to check it out. Also im converting it to UK spec and im wondering if the VAG will help-My prob is that the car has bulbs in both sides for the rear fog light, however as it is left hand drive only the left (NS) one works, fo UK the right one (OS) should work.Im wonering if VAG com can change this in settings?orShall i just have to run a wire from one side to the other, MOT man said if both come on it will pass, if OS one doesnt it will failAny help appreciated in advance Edited February 15, 2013 by rick briddon

RobG
You'll need to run a wire over. The RHD lupos only have one fog light wire going up to the OS rear. There is no cable going to the NS rear.

gameover
Hey, How exactly did you do this? I need to do this tomorrow! Was it as simple as cutting the cable on the nearside and running a cable from this to the offside ?Thanks
RobG
You shouldn't need to cut, just extract the existing cable from the connector then splice onto it. Or leave it in place and run the cable over and have two fog lights.
