Have a little look through a few 1.8t threads.... then you may realise its not as simple as you make it sound.... as for brakes ... g60 set up would be more than enough ...but as mike says ... least of your worries pal ...the engine.... look on edition... always one or two going on there! david_Arosa-Sport Posted September 27, 2012 Author Report Share Posted September 27, 2012 yeah realised haha, lot more work than i first thought with the mounts and all wiring jobs aha, ended up just nuying a gti gearbox for my engine getting that fitted on the weekend cant wait !! M.O.T is due next month so im still wanting to upgrade the brakes, wondering if you have any links off good online shops for the g60 pads and disks thanks .... Thissy Posted September 27, 2012 Report Share Posted September 27, 2012 Sorry mate, i have more bad news.. The Gti gearbox has a totally different bell housing so wont fit your sport.
