Hi all,

Thought I'd best sign up as the decision has been made to get myself a lupo. Not really by myself, although I have been in love with them for a good many years, but more by my friends after them watching me drool at edition38 the weekend just gone.

At the moment i've got an MX5 driftslut, matt green, banded steels, goes sideways pretty well, and a toyota yaris, put it on the floor with a set of ats cups and some stretch.

Looking at the kinda progression of buy car, add air, respray, new wheels, engine conversion (unsure on where to go with this tbh, 1.8t's are the obvious option, but i like being different. VR6 lump and the 1.9tdi's are a bit on the heavy side . . . wondering what else is doable lol) and then take it to many shows....

I figure if I made a new member intro then at least I can't back out of it :)

Oh, my names alex, i live south east london/kent kinda way, Hi

Haha, sure thing. One yaris:

And one MX5, being abused at Edition last weekend (I'm the ginger one on the bonnet . . . )

And the money shot . . .

Cheers :)

The yaris was inherited from my granddad, really didn't wanna part with it but there was no way i could keep it standard, so it ended up like that. The time has definitely come to move into the vag scene though and I've always perved over lupo's, just seemed like an obvious option

Just couldn't get it down low enough tbh, The subframe sits so f'ing low in them that even with the subframe around an inch off the ground, it sat as those pics show. The only thing for it was some 30mm spacers on the back and hope to god it sat okay on them .....

Haha, a friends daughter saw the horns on an rudeboy corolla and begged me to get a set, wouldn't take no for an answer! She'll be devastated when I tell her I've sold the car
