BBS RC 323 Questions - Help me out please!!

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

Recently back on the forum after a spell away once I sold my Lupo GTI. Now a MINI Clubman owner, but back on the forums browsing :)

Anyway....

I will putting a deposit down on a set of BBS RC 323's (17 x 7.5J ET35) and I'll be getting them delivered in the next few weeks :)

I much prefer the look of the wheel without the big bulky cap on it. The concave area where the bolt holes are looks much better. However, I'm not a fan of the centre hole being exposed....

So my question is, can you just buy a smaller generic BBS centre cap and use that instead?? If so what size cap would I need??

I see its been done, but sadly I have nothing more than a picture :(

Really hoping someone can help me out here.......

Just to give you an idea, here is a photoshop of them on my car in the colour I'll be getting them refurbished in, so thinking red and gold BBS centres would look mint....

The hole on the front is usually around 55mm regardless of the centre bore at the rear.

They are VW fitament....

Just got no clue at all what size cap to order as some people saying the face of the cap is different in terms of mm than the rear of the cap??
