new to the vw range have plans for my lupo tips and facts would be great :)

Hi my names Richie just recently swapped my 306 d turbo

for a fantastic wee lupo black w reg 1.4 16v.

shes a cracker however am new to the vw club.

couple of things caught my attention if anyone could help would be gd.

small tapping coming from engine sound like the guy before hasent put thick enough oil in it

she is slammed 120 mm i raised the front but the boi before me hasent put the cups on the coilover at the back is this an easy job to do ?

for a wee car she goes like stink any ideas what else i could do am thinking a few little tweeks to engine??

any tips would be great help thanks :D

They are tappity engines, forte engine flush and thinner oil sorted mine alot.

If you mean rear adjusters its a 15 minute job, if its also the bit they sit on has also been removed its a further 5 minutes.

Not many "cheap" engine Mods for these lupos it would seem, at best you'll get more noise nothing more.

yea i noticed tht wen its warmed up it goes away its just from cold but al give it a little service with better oil not tht it bothers me tbh.

and yes its the adjusters he didnt bother putting them in he just wanted it as low as possible i wreckon but where i live its goin to ripp the underneath away so i will need to put this on even if it has to be risen 10 or 20 mill it will still be slamming coz she sitting at 120 at the back lol. and a take it induction kit and the exhaust and a remap is all tht can be dun with these ?
