Hi, I am buying some 40mm lowering spring for my arosa 1L and I need to know if you just have to take off old spring and replace it with the new ones or whether I have to take off the shock aswell.

Thanks :)

IIRC at the back the shock can stay on, at the front the shock has to come off.
