Hi, I am buying some 40mm lowering spring for my arosa 1L and I need to know if you just have to take off old spring and replace it with the new ones or whether I have to take off the shock aswell. Thanks
-
My mom has a pay pal account I can use, do I have to take the shock off to fit the spring or do I just take the old one off and put those on? Cheers
-
I'll have to get back to you abit later mate as I'm not yet 18 so I can't make an account. Is there any other way of paying you? If not then give me till tonight and I'll sort something out. Thanks
-
Okay mate cool well I'll make a paypal account and get back to you
-
Cool were they easy to fit? And what sort of payment would you be looking for? As I would have to have them delivered Cheers
-
I was interested because I have a 1L arosa which i've just changed the wheels on and the back really needs lowering, is there much room left inside your rear arches between the inside of the tyre and the arch? Because the wheels I have put on are bigger and wider than the originals. Thanks
-
I'll have a look into it mate
-
Cheers mate, I wasn't going to go past 40mm anyway I don't think
-
Have you still got them mate?
-
Thanks and well I have only just fitted the wheels today, but which ones you reckon would look good?
-
I have a standard 1 litre arosa which I have just put new 15 inch wheels on and I want to lower the back, can someone please tell me how much I can lower it before the tyre starts to rub over bumps etc? Tyre size is 195/45/15. Thanks.
-
Just got my new wheels want to lower it 40mm on thr back but here it is... Let me know what you think.
-
Haha cool I'm going to be going for those too
-
Would these be any good? http://www.rimstyle.com/products/detail/?category=alloy_wheels;type=cades_eros_gb;model=10490;id=CAERO-GB-ID10490-D15-W65l65-P4100-E30l30 I like them
-
Yeah they're nice but they're 5 stud wheels and I need 4 I think Thanks for the reply anyway
-
do you think 195/45/15s are the biggest I can really go then? I just want a nice wheels that fills the arch nicely really I wouldn't go for a 16 because I think it may look abit daft. Would it be a good idea to just take it over to wheels mania and get them to do some measuring? Thanks for the replies everybody
-
Oh yeah I never thought about that well these are the wheels I'm looking at, http://www.wheelheaven.co.uk/wheel_Dub-alloy-wheels-by-Calibre_129_0_index.php do you think they'll be any good? Thanks
