mikecoulthard Posted March 24, 2011 Report Share Posted March 24, 2011 I also brough back a Nike+ Sportsband & watch from the USA.These can be used if you dont own and iPod or iPhone but still want to use the GPS,distance,calories etc.It links to the Nike+ chip in the shoe and records all of the realtime data of your exercise, then plugs into your PC and downloads it to the Nike website so you can track your exercise.
