lupolouie Posted March 23, 2011 Report Share Posted March 23, 2011 Right i have had some wheels powdercoated the tyres are on a yes the balance is spot on.when they have powdercoated them the face on one of the wheels is not flush with the hub which in turn wobbles i have tryed sanding the wheel flange down but its like p******g in the wind.anybody have any ideas on how to get it done right? treblet Posted March 23, 2011 Report Share Posted March 23, 2011 Any engineering firm should be able to mill it off for you in minutes.What grade of flap wheel are you using, powder coat is bloomin' hard stuff so you'll need really heavy grit like 80 or heavier.
