JB1.0e Posted November 9, 2010 Report Share Posted November 9, 2010 HelloIf the warning lamp resembles waves with a thermometer pointing out of them this is the coolant warning lamp. It could mean that the coolant level is low or that the coolant temperature is too high. The handbook recommends that should this light illuminate whilst driving you should stop the car and switch off the engine before adding coolant if required. If the level is normal it recommends calling for assistance.There is also a warning that you should exercise caution if opening the coolant expansion tank as it is pressurised and hot so take care.Hope this helpsJames Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
