Adjusting Clutch Weight..

I saw this post the other day on here.. Ive been trying to guess what they meant. Please help. any picture would help. My clutch is too heavy :(

the nut is just a locking nut its the black bit that will adjust the weight of the pedal.... clockwise adds weight anti-clockwise reduces weight as far as i can remember but what ever you do ensure the locking nut is done back up afterwards style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> hope this helps

Possibly it means they have to use alot of effort to operate the pedal, as in its 'heavy' to operate so you can select your gears. And the possibility of a counter-weight on the pedal to adjust how light or heavy the clutch pedal should be.
