Funky Diver Posted November 30, 2004 Report Share Posted November 30, 2004 Ok, a real intermittent fault on this one... in that the fault intermittently disappears...Right, the problem...I lock the boot fine and it disengages the opening mechanism...When I unlock the boot, it seems that the locking mechanism only partly engages, creating a clicking, but not actual opening...Before I strip the whole bloody boot down to fix it, anyone else experienced this problem and is it easy fixed..I was thinking maybe a spring had stretched not creating enough tension?
