My Gti with roofbars+box

lol, I'm off camping later this week.

I have to take the lower rear seats out so i can get all the stuff in and have the

drivers seat all the way back.

Maybe I should consider a roof box. :)

couple of weeks ago we went camping and i only managed my tent, air bed and sleeping bags and few other things then started to struggle, we are going from glasgow to the lake district this weekend and the roof box fits most things i need and somethings in the boot.....aslongs as nothing is sittting on the leather seats in the back im happy i dont wanna rip them :)

I'm driving with roofbars on at the moment pretty much 24/7. Never know when I might need to catch some waves. Fuel economy is the same, so I can't see the hassle of taking them off being worth it.

yeah il keep the bars on but not the box unless i need it.....so have you not noticed a diffrence in fuel by keeping them on?
