Suspension and geometry.

Any of you guys got problems getting your wheel geometry back in line since you had your suspension upgrades?

Took mine into VW today to have it all sorted, but they cant get it back into line. They reckon either the kit isn't right for the car or it requires specific settings.

Currently sitting at...

[b:post_uid0]Front Left[/b:post_uid0]

Camber 1.42

Toe 1.46

[b:post_uid0]Front Right[/b:post_uid0]

Camber 1.32

Toe 0.03

Camber is meant to be between -0.5 and -0.10 and the toe between -0.05 and 0.05

Whats everyone else at?

Can't remember what the toe was set to, have the printout at home and can find later if you want

I asked for negative camber, and they set mine to left -1.35, right -1.43.

Toe and (whatever the other setting is, can't remember) were set as standard or near as dammit.

Mine is set to

Caster: left 2.30 and right 2.35

Toe: left 0.0 and right 0.3 (!)

Camber: left -0.36 right -0.43 (I'm sure they did it -1.36 and -1.43, must be the Alzheimers again)

On their computer the specs said (bearing in mind it's not VW saying this)

Caster 1.50 to 2.50

Camber -0.50 to -0.10

Toe -0.5 to 0.5
