Been told to go for 280mm and to go to GSF.Was told that greenstuff make really good pads.I haven't got a scooby about brakes so if anyone could tell me exactly what i need.Discs/Pads/what else?Also, on the GSF website there is 4 types for VW. EBC make Greenstuff/Redstuff/Blackstuff pads...Greenstuff for Fast Road, Redstuff for track use, and Blackstuff OE spec.I used a couple of sets of performance pads and found absolutely no difference between standard ones and performance ones.as for the 280mm conversionYou can use your standard pads.You need 280x22mm discs from a G60 Golf or CorradoAnd you need the Caliper carriers from one of many cars:G60 golfG60 CoradoPassat TDI (94-98)Ibiza Cupra (upto2002) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
