nfbr Posted October 7, 2006 Report Share Posted October 7, 2006 The EGR Valve can be almost eliminated using the vagcom system...As for removal - The 300tdi doesnt use an ELECTRONIC EGR valve, so removal wouldn't confuse the ecu... I'm working on a system to block mine in the "Off" position at the intake manifold as on the 1.4 tdi engine, the EGR system is part of the intake system.
