SweZooT
Damn Steve, sounds like you had just as good day as i had.I'll try to round it up short for you..First off, i drive a truck, deliver food to schools and such.I had like 13 stops that day, putting me across town from my ex girlfriend.Had talked to her earlier about dropping by during her lunch, wich ended 14.30.By accident i knew there where a ferry that could take me to the same side ofStockholm as she lives in less then 30 minutes. Glad about that i headed for theferry just to see it cast off infront of my scania.. check'd the timetable and thenext one was leaving in 30 minutes, sure thing, i turn'd the truck around andtried to find a flowershop, some luck but no parking (12 meters long)..Back to the ferry and away we go. 35 minutes later i was on the other side.Just to find out that in 10 minutes she goes to work and i have 32 miles to go,with a truck limited to 90km/h... and get stuck behind 'mister keep my speedlimit'.I get increasingly frustrated about the situation and head for a supermarket, wherei buy 30 roses and go to her place, with a written note, bla bla, happy valentines..And then i start my 2 hour journey home.Sad part? Didnt even get a thank you for the flowers! (0.001% chance someone stole thembut hey.. with my luck, i guess someone did just that!)So, for those of you who had a great valentines day.. next year it might be you,so no last minute shopping style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

Slicknick
busiest day of the year, hundreds of deliveries to make, probably a newbie roped in to help out just for today etc. you shouldn't have skimped and gone for the interflora ones instead style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />I must admit i agree with Crusoe you should have gone to a real florist and not a supermarket.PS: i work at Sainsburys head office in Holborn London style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
