Adam Meader
People of Club Lupo! I'd like to know your opinion on roof bars for these little guys. I'm thinking of getting a pair at some point. For anyone who sees this who has also installed them, what was the installation like? Was it difficult? I notice that my model has no pop out rear windows, so was also curious to see where the rear bar could tuck itself under to hold on (assuming front would be under the door?) Has anyone installed aftermarket bars? Or maybe genuine OEM bars is the way to go? If anyone could tell me of their experience and any tips then please get in touch below Thanks for checking this out! -Adam.
Mattymdm
Game changer for the Lupo, Made something not very practical into something a little more usuable 😄 I've got some genuine ones which go on with ease I've had mountain bikes on mine on occasion and a Roof top tent more than anything. No damaged caused to the car and never had them come loose. Tightened to 6NM I've PPF'd where the rubber feet and brackets sit just to protect to paintwork for marks and scratches Theres some marks in the rear glass for the roof bar brackets, just sit the bracket between them marks and tighten down
