hi, im new to this forum and could do with some advice with oil pressure. i have a 2002 1.0 lupo. when iv been driving for a while, the oil pressure light seems to start flashing and beeping if i go between 1000 and 2000 rpm, but as soon as i go above 2000 rpm the light goes back out. it only seems to happen when the engine has been running for a while and is propperly hot. i heard that it could be a faulty oil pressure switch, so i have had that changed and it still does it. just wondering if anyone else has come across this problem and what is could be? thanks.

My name is Sven, and I'm from the Netherlands.This is my first Lupo, and I have been driving it for about 10 months now, 1200 kilometres a month. I bought her deadstock from a father that bought it for his daughters. Specs: Lupo 1.4 16V 75 HP Year: 1999 Modifications done: - Vmaxx coilovers (Front all the way down | Rear with adjustment cups totally removed) - 14 inch Widened Steel (8j et 18 all arround) - Negative camber on both the rear and the front for a perfect stance - Black gloss Wrapped roof - GTI aero windscreen wipers in the front - removed rear wiper - Small citroën c5 antenna - debadged trunk - Alpine IDA-305S headunit - Audio System Radion 100.4 amplifier - Hertz ESK 165 speakers in the front, with tweeters in the original place, all invisible - Herts ds 300 subwoofer mounted in a false floor lined with black suède I'm sure I missed a lot of my other small modifications, but it's all about the total package, so here are some pictures! Back shoes done on mot september(i fail mot on handbrake and stickers on wiper area) One back bearing was noisy so i replaced bouth same time with brakes. New brake swich 4 months ago Temperature sensor 4 months ago Front pads 4weeks ago its low,slow but cheep to drive and parts are cheep too 1.9 diesel if you look after them they will last forever. Will be sold with one of my 7 set alloys or with oem steel wheels depend of price. Mot till 29.10.2011. Hi, Just wondering if there are any off the shelf top mounts you can buy that are smaller than the OEM ones i.e. so I can go lower without moving the coils I know you can do it on bigger cars and can usually get from 5-15mm lower changing them but I've not really heard/seen of anything for the lupo and no I'm not cutting the ones I'm running already Any knowledge is appreciated! Bad Points: Exhaust has a bit of a rattle, carpet is a little loose in places (still looks good), odd scratches - average for age, 1 wheel has no lacqeur but comes up well with a polish. Good Points: Took the car to elsecar and managed to get a decent pic in golf plus magazine, only 66,000 miles, cheap on fuel, good handling, looks different.
