  1. Make: VW Model: Lupo 1.4 16v SPORT MOT: 28/08/21 Engine size: 100hp Fuel type: Petrol Description including modifications: Unmodified well maintained rare original example of a 1.4 Sport, fantastic car to drive, these are becoming increasingly rare to find especially in an original unmodified condition such as this. The car is a genuine Sport model not the standard 1.4. So has the 98BHP 16v twin cam petrol engine. These models come with ABS, different inlet cam, metal inlet manifold, ecu, bigger throttle body, bigger brakes (discs all round), different exhaust manifold and gear ratios.Like the GTi and exclusive only other to the Sport petrol models they have the very desirable centre exit exhaust, front fog lights & rear spoiler (optional extra from factory) plus the Black and Grey interwoven cloth/leather interior but interestingly these Sport models seem to have become more rare than the GTi and nearly match it in performance. Even better the car is great on fuel economy and cheap to insure being in group 12 compared the GTi in group 22! My wife has decided to go for something bigger, much to my utter dismay as this is a real gem. Just had full service and Mot, New tyres, front discs, pads all round and rear shocks replaced. Last year throttle body was replaced and always been lovingly maintained by all its owners. For an 18 year old car it still looks amazing. Location: Guildford Images: Price: 2,350

  3. I've just purchased a Lupo Sport 1.4 and I'm looking to do a back box delete, and hopefully add a race tube in the near future. Ideally, a sportex system is in my price range and I like the sound of those, however I don't know which ones will fit my SPORT model? Also if anyone has any links to a race tube or mid pipe for it please link! Cheers
  4. The day has come to sell my Arosa as I've now bought a new car. I've owned the car since November 2014 and covered approx 25k in it since. It also has a huge amount of receipts/past MOT's and the V5C in my name and the original 2 keys (one with locking buttons). Pictures here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Seat-Arosa-Sport-100bhp-Big-spec-lots-of-upgrades-/142382581436? Spec is as below; - 1.4 100bhp sport AUB 109k - doesn't burn a drop of oil. - Custom Chrome exhaust cat back - Direnza stainless manifold - AP coilovers - 12 months old in perfect order. - Whiteline rear anti-roll bar - Rota GRA 15x6.5, rare now in 15' as they only make them in Subaru size now, with brand new rota caps (perfect condition refurbed in Jan) - Yokohama S Drives 195/45/15 - bought new when wheels were done - 20mm H&R rear spacers. - Momo 300mm, red stitching with a genuine boss and yellow horn button. - Kode red gear knob - Alpine CDE235bt Bluetooth stereo - Cambridge rear lights - Brembo discs front and back, green stuff pads (front) Brembo (rear) - Heko wind deflectors - Dash vents painted splash effect, they look nice (people always ask about them), but to be honest they're not the best finish. - Really decent rubber car mats Recent parts fitted, most/all will have a receipt... - New ignition leads (bigger and don't fit holder) - New battery - New coil pack - New tyres - S Drives - Brake light switch - Rear Brembo pads - Wishbones, ball joints & track rods - Tracking done at A-line with the printout. Serviced in my ownership every 5k with Castrol / Mobil 1 oil and decent parts - not all stamped but lots of receipts from Motorfators with the reg number for service parts. Last service was one was 2k ago. Bad bits... - Bodywork is tatty at the best. Loads of lacquer peel and about 7 shades of yellow. - Rear arches look like they were rolled by a blind person paint has cracked. also paint has flaked off around the rear number plate. - the lip on the sills on both sides are bent/damaged (used as a jacking point by someone), not really an issue but you can see it. - Windows have a mind of their own but always work, drivers one sometimes needs to be asked twice or need a hand halfway up. Passenger one opens only with passenger switch. - Rear right caliper sticks on slightly sometimes and can hear it, still stops as it should. - At some point, the engine light has been taped over, and it is on (can see it in the dark) because of exhaust lambda readings, but the car drives spot on. I also have lots of parts for lying around for it, that will come with the car if the buyer wants, including original seat 5 spoke alloys. Now I know roughly what this car will break for, but I don't have the time or can be bothered to do it. So grab a bargain on the whole lot. No swaps. CASH ON COLLECTION £750 ono
  5. Hi all! im a newbie to the vdub scene & modifying but will try! i no my account says member since 2012 but its a lie! i made an account years ago as i always wanted a lupo. now its 2013 and i finally have myself one! a little 1.4 100bhp in black only pic i have is my dp but pics will follow soon when more mods happen! cheers guys & gals
  6. After a 121mile each way I finally picked up a Sport as I've been after one for a couple weeks. It's not exactly in the best condition body-wise as the previous owner's ex girlfriend kicked in both rear 1/4s, boot, bonnet and a wing. But I got it quite cheap My mate had hardly used pads and discs off his polo gti so I decided to fit them but the discs were too thick!! Bought some standard discs in the end but still used the green stuff Mods: - Coilovers (not sure what they are but theyre comfy) - K&N Air filter - Catback system Plans: - Replace engine - Make the car mechanically sound - Sort out bodywork - 15" Ronal Turbo's
  7. I test drove a Lupo sport today noticed it had disc brakes on the back I was wondering if the 1.4s has disc or drum brakes. Anyone know?
  8. Selling this cheap due to the pedal box going, i haven't got the time nor patience to fix it, this is a steal at this price considering through a garage the common problem would cost £250 to sort. Im after £1100 for the car as it stands. -Seat Arosa 1.4 16v Sport Only 127 left according to howmanyleft.com - Just clocked over 90,000 - Timing belt and tensioner done at 73665 - Full service history, VAG main dealer up to 48,897 - All mots from brand new - Still have receipt from brand new - 1.4 16v engine, very very rev happy and nippy engine. Also very economical. It has been modified but only slightly to enhance the already brilliant handling/engine 14" Borbet T Alloys Gmax 40mm full suspension kit. also decat pipe to delete the one cat (Pre-cat still on manifold) Also has extremley rare Reiger spolier fitted. Few bad points are that there is a nasty scratch along the passenger rear quarter (Caught a wall) this is reflected in the price, its not massively noticeable. And bear in mind this is a 11 year old car so there are chips and blemishes. Offers will be accepted but not stupid silly ones i will not bother to reply. Also the car is based in Bridgend S.Wales. Viewing is highly reccommended and welcome.
