Not sure where in Wales i was! But saw a black GTi with a bloke driving! Also saw a black lupo euroed out! Looked nice! Was parked at the go-karting track! I was in my GTi Didnt know if it was anyone on here

all cars are trouble! just dont hear of most peoples problems! lucikly i dont have to pay the high labour charges that come with the problems for a car that originaly cost £2000 i can live with a few problems. its how there delt with that counts

still have the problem of it being stiff turning to the right on my car! is there an electric pump aswell as the mechanical one? u thaught it was the rack but the problem goes away on snow and gravel so makes me think that something isnt doing its job when under load? also are the lupo racks the same as the GTi one? thanks in advance Ben...

The boyf is looking into the gearbox problem. He seems to know a little bit more than me Hope its nothing to serious and expensive

after looking into it with John (Casper) i have got the code off the box and it has been confirmed as a 6 speed so another thing to get sorted out

No, because the car needed it, otherwise i wouldnt have brought it! 2 of the leads snapped inside the insulation at the top of the plug branding them useless. if you think otherwise i will sell them you for £30? same for the exhaust it was blowing in more than 1 place and was pretty much rotten. now back on topic so the 5 speed box dont fit the 6 speed designed engine? how else apart from stripping the box would i tell if its a 6 or 5 speed?

Do i sence Jelousy? if you havent got nothing constuctive to say dont say nothing at all! who said money was a problem? the car runs perfect just a case of having a 5 speed box and 6 speed nob and a nob writing comments like this that dont help awnser the question im asking

the car does aprox 45-50mph at 2k revs in 5th. my bf thinks that the 6 speed box went pop and because there hard to find they put in the 5 speed instead.

yes cat back yes size is perfect it was the one that stood out for me for fitment and following lines of the car! a little bigger than standard but not so bit it looks out of place! sounds nice i will get some vids up before the weekend and a couple of pics of how she stands now once she has had a wash

just measured up the standard ID is 2" the new one is 2.5 ID tail pipes are 3" OD the new pipes measure total width of 6" and the standard is 5.5" including the 5mm gap in the middle just about to start fitment

it was a special request for 3" pipes after seeing the one Vworks41 had made up by them this is the pic of his fitted 3.5 is to big

well after a 3 week wait my new toy arrived thismorning quality is awesome and got it for an absoloute bargain hehe! and also got to request the smaller 3" tips as the 3.5 is to big for my liking and i think it ruins the lines of the rear end benji should be putting it on for me this afternoon if im lucky hehe will takes some pics after

yeh could be steering rack but thaught i could check the easyer things 1st incase it isnt! if it was the rack i would think it would do it all the time but some times its fine sometimes not its just had an mot and all was fine

not so much when the car is driving its on and off when driving
