got a few bits for sale ill bring them to UD arosa mk1 back lights that have been blacked out no longer need as got some cambridge ones £15 rear 60mm drop supersport springs rear shocks went to just brought some coilovers, £40 ono Rear calipers of a mk4 gti in red make me an offer ill have a front sent off 60mm static drop front springs and shocks when i can b bothered to put my coilovers on lol oh and some pioneer 6x9s with the grils practicaly new used for bout 2weeks got the box for them to they are 3way speakers ill get the model nubmbers tomorrow £30 ono ill bring everything to UD cheers

i need some kind off advice and help guys, wanted to do a custom mod to my headlights iv had enough off the old frosted glass on the headlights wanted a more updated look with clear glass ie mk4 golf, obviously they don't make an aftermarket headlights for the arosa with clear glass or do they ?, so im guessing id have to get some glass made up. what i was wandering is would this be possible? and any ideas as to any places that would do it ?

i have just done this just had it painted the other day to ill try get some pictures, to be honest i didn't think about the plate either i just put it in the back window, but its been in the window for the past month since iv been doing the bumper, as its my daily car, the plod haven't said anything not even a second look to be honest

had my arosa written off couple months back, got paid out £1200 for a standard car with no mods brought it back for £100 so far its cost me £15 for parts just a front indicator, everything else iv repaired pretty simple, was only minor damage really everythings been strightend all in all cost me say £220 to get it back on the road including mot and vic check and buying the car back, i got quoted £2700 for repairs i dont mind the resale value droping thow as i dont plan on selling my car lol parts that were fixed: wing bumper headlight grill is still broken but new one ordered £20p&p!

theres a small problem with runing the rcas to the amp from the cd changer, i did this in a mk4 golf once, problem is the headunit doesn't control the volume to the amp if you understand what i mean ? ie if you turn the volume up/down it won't change the volume off your sub, THIS little baby will do the trick simply tap it off your original speaker wires left and right and everything will work as normal this is what i ended up doing in the mk4 golf install, hope this was useful any questions jus ask

indeed it is little device you can get hook it up to ur speaker wires its converts speaker outputs into rca inputs for your amp easy lol can use it with ur original headunit

i might even do this tomorrow too also woried bout the water leaking in, i dont want my ICE geting wet lol

Thanks Philplop well iv already changed the interior with a lupo sport i believe it not to sure but it was defo a lupo, bolted in the middle at the front with runners on each side at the back i believe on the front seats?

Could some one please help me with this, I was wandering witch seats would fit in my Arosa id like to put some porsche seats into it but im not sure if there a straight fit could anyone tell me which ones would fit if any?? i dont mind modding them to fit and the electrics arnt a problem either but would like them to be fairly straight forward

yeh it looks decent for the price butt that sub is a 2ohm sub so the amp is only going to give it 800wats rms not 1200, could do with a bigger amp to get the most out off that sub to be honest with you but you really cant complain at that price still dont think the quality is going to be there lol (but im kinda a pioneer person lol)

to be honest mate a decent good quality amp that runs 1200rms expect to pay more then£300 for the amp alone let alone the wiring kit which would cost £40-60 i think and a sub anything over £120 for 1000rms that is, now im not saying the rms figures arnt honest but personally i don't think they going to be top quality ie sound or performance for £366

what make is the 12" sub? if its somthing like a fusion or mutant etc etc dont bother my friend stick with the 10" kenwood ull get alot nice sound and dont worry about the amp being to powerfull for the sub you can allways turn the gain down lol the type of box also depends on which type off bass you perfer a more rounded deep bass go for ported box, crisper tight punchy bass go for sealed

dont think you can buy a mk1 arosa with a 1600?
