Hi all, Ive just bought this kit for a lupo, and these are the guides needed: This is the Central Lock wirings connection diagram. Please; check/read this first link: Universal Fitting ? When you come to take the transponder (the little black chip) from your old vw key, take the rclick logo off then you will see two little screws, unscrew these and then you will see a slot for your transponder to go. Super glue this in, re-assemble your key then put the VW logo ontop of the two screws. On the other side, you will also see two screws which are further apart, this is simply enable you to get to the circuit board so you can replace the battery. I hope this helps. Chris

Yeah know what you mean, there are a few on here for a sale, or on pistonhads and things, 1.4 16v, cheapish to buy, not to bad insurance. It does boil down to what you want from a Lupo....... Pic of mine on here somewhere!

Glad you like the 'stealth' look! Got some RH cups for it which are going on soon, blacking the rear 3 windows out too so should look better then. I did the lights yep, took them off the car, cleaned them with meths, then it was a model spray 'Grey smoke' let it dry, came out really dark but ok once there on, can still see the lights and things, and then a few coats of lacre - jobs a goodn! Bought the spray off eBay, like £3, far cheaper than the shops! I would do the front end, but its going into a body shop hoepfully in the next couple of weeks, and then its on to lowering and then finally bigger brakes!

any ideas what a g40 will do the 1/4 mile in?

Ill be going, be in a black sport, where will you lot be? Hopefully taking it down the stip too for a giggle, think its only a tenner!

all fixed now, radio was shorting out on itself, causing mayhen in the car, VW said had nothing to do with the radio, shows what they know!

Yep thats been done, all liquids in the car get done every week. But i'll double check, thanks

Hi Folks, Probs get gunned down for this but still not sure having read the forums. I have a 1.4 sport and since replacing the radio weird goings on have been going on! Firstly the central locking doesnt work one side properly, and the temp gauge is up and down like a yoyo, and it doesnt have a pattern does as why it does it :s Any help would be greatly apprecitated.
