Just makes it lower down decreasing your chance of rolling it round corners and that. Also looks better but if you lower it too much and u need to get over speed bumps u have problems

Well i have exactly the same car as you not done an awful lot to it but have got These alloys in 15": Plan on getting it lowered about 30mm not too low so it can still go over speed bumps Other than that i think im gonna work more on the interior

Yea but dosent all this tyre size changin knock your speedo off? and the standard wheel size is 205/45/15 so wouldnt that be best? From what ive gathered people use 195/45/15 cos its cheaper or something like that?

Ok, if i was to get 15" alloys could i just use the standard 205/40/15 tyres untill i could afford new ones? probably the most idiotic question in the world but most people who have 15" wheels have got 195/40/15's ?

Maybe get vw (4x100) to audi (4x108) wheel adaptors and get spiggots for the center bore since the audi ones still only have 57.1mm center bore? Would that work?
