  1. i can remember seeing pic of this when i had my GTI with the leather interior....it still looks awesome and fresh mate...........keep up the good work!
  2. Hapning folks....long time no speek, whats been happening on the lupo scene? Anyone seen my old GTi cutting about or that? been away from the whole dub scene after my bad luck strucken lipo got sold early tghis year, but i'm back on the dub scene again, just bought a mk1 golf. soon to be a 18 16v mk1 GTI.it aint a lupo GTi but hey at least it's a step in the right direction! anyways probrably just spammed this area....(the site looks all profesional n officail now).......ah the old days.lol anyways al be back more often! areevadee! mark
  3. it happend to mine a few times (when the car was cold it keprt cutting out in low revs......i had to realy rev it hard and give it clutch to get it going!!
  4. feck it......stephen you don't know it yet but i'm coming with you son!
  5. my heat sheal was exactly the same, i thought it had been caught on som, ething but it looked fine from underneith...must be a flaw in the design......also the wipers on GTi's/lupos are ***** i tryed chenging mine and ****** all worked, if yoiu lift the wipers of the screen and put them down, ensuring the rubbers are straight it sometimes helps!
  6. am gutted av not got my car when i see that..........the wheels are cracking mate. good choice, car looks gorge well!
  7. it's starting to get there.....get urself some nice illegal german plates, whip of the bump strips, get a bit of tyre gel on the tyres and there you have it..........pimpin ride!lol.
  8. i'm goin......al try and go up with stephen!
  9. it's dishartening.......in my opinion the stealer that i bought the car from didn't want anything to do with the car or me..............n trying to get them to listen to my problems and listen to what im saying (basicaly saying i didn't have a clue about lupo's), it just gets me pissed that coz my dad signed the finance agreement (i payed for the car) and i'm only 19, they did'nt want to know. unless your 40 with a family and 20,000 to spend most VW dealers don't want to touch you. know what i mean?
  10. it's gutting......a realy loved the car when it woz working...........VW will pay...........oh yes they will pay! going to rtry and take them for all they've got, getting engineers reports etc see if i can claim some compo!
  11. perths easy to get to from irvine champ! head for glasgow.....then follow the road for stirling............. once you get to stirling follow the road to perth, you'll do it in about 2 hours champ! get stuck PM and al tell you a more detailed route!
  12. yes i'm the not so proud ownwer of a 1.2 clio extreme, lol.
  13. well guys what can i say........i got my lupo the way i wanted it, got all th wee nigaly problems fixed under waranty car was running awesome, looking the dogs life in the GTI lane was bloomin' terrific (please excuse the language).......................then get the word that i'm starting a new project in newcastle and i'm going to be doing a load of mileage per week now i love the GTi, best thing i ever baught with my hard earned money (even if the stealer i bought it of were a bunch of useless feck up's) but i came to the hard decision that the GTi had to go because of fuel consumption, and the milage factor (didn't want to depreciate the cars value to much) so i went about selling her (on hear, various VW websites etc.etc) so after alot of time with some interest but no buyers i decided to part exchange her for a small sensible little car start my own insurance policy generaly save some cash for 2 years then buy a new Golf GTi or somthing daft like that............so i bought a brand new clio, quite smart, nothin fancy, great on fuel, slow as crap. done all the paper work on sunday, car would be ready for collection on wednesday!........this is where it hit the fan big style! driving home from work on tuesday doing bout 70mph...........BANG!....... holly crap dash lights up like crimbo tree lost all power engine screams it's tits of..............the drive shaft had snaped and wrecked the whole underside of the car, snaped engine mounts, bent lower arn, coocked the breaks with breaking so heavily overall the car was a total mess. got towed to my local stealer n they couldn't beleive it they had the car for a week and their words were.........."we don't know how this manage to leave the forecourt the way it did") the mechanic didn't thik it had been in a smash but he thought it had been droped of a ramp, hence all the work that was done under warranty when i picked the car up on the front end. they fixed the car under warranty but it feels really crap to drive making funny noises and it's pulling to the left......basically it's ****ed! told the garage that i was trading the car in to and they were pretty decent they were going to get more work done on the car (all under warranty) overall this car was ment to be the best thing ever but it has turned out to be the most unlucky lupo GTI ever i think. so all in all stay away from a red LUPO GTI---SH02 YMY. am gutted, totaly gutted! sorry this is soooo long but needed to get it of my chest folks. markmark! (clio owner) style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />
  14. happnin lads......am up for it if i can blag a lift of of steven........av sold the car, had fun for all of three months!!!!....totaly gutted had to sell it coz of work and a new job traveling up and down to newcastle so the lupo wasn't an option coz i needed a boot!lol.........so i'm now the un prtoud ownwr of a brnd new clio.....1.2! what a culture shock!"
