interesting thread, I've been thinking about investing in one of the fuel converters that produce bio-diesel. I'm sure your limited to 2500 litre before you have to inform HMRC. So with the sdi can you just use veg all with nothing else added or do you need to add a catalyic (sp) to it?

Hi everyone, First of all let me introduce myself, my name is mike, and I drive a fabia vRS (please dont hold it against me). Found this site after reading a review on the lupo. I currently looking for a cheap town car for work, and the lupo looks like it might fit the bill. Seen one that is for sale but I'm just after some info before I go along to look at it. What sort of miles is the 1.7Sdi good for? Any common problems worth looking for? On the test drive anything I should be listening out for? Any help would be great. Thanks Mike
