I was told that you have grind abit off the sides due to vw not stocking that item anymore and stocking one very similar which needs a few mods. i've disconnected it for the moment.

Hi, Fitted a new brake light in the spoiler about 2weeks ago, tested it and it was working fine but now for some reason it keeps blowing the fuses, everytime I put a new fuse in and press the brake pedal the fuse pops, I'm using a 10amp fuse. Now I know that you have to mod the brake light because you can't buy the original one anymore, as anyone else had this problem? Cheers

Hi, Right basically i do motocross and i need something to tow my trailer with and this is impossible with the lupo gti due to the exhaust being in the middle, so i've been looking at other cars like golf gt tdi 'n' stuff but when it comes down to it i cant get rid of the lupo, is it possible to fit a tow bar to a GTi? now i know it will look **** but is it possible? This is no joke by the way i love the lupo and dont wanna get rid of her. cheers

they were on the car when i bought it so might be longer then 5 years i'm defo going to have to order a new set. Take it i should go for KW's?

Hi, How long should coilovers last on a car which is used every day mine have been on the car for 5 years now and I think it's time for some new ones. I'm running fk's not to sure which ones tho

Hi just about to change the top mounts on my lupo gti I'm currently running fk coilovers will I need spring clamps to removed the old ones? Cheers

If the EPC light came on because i fitted a new brake light should it clear its self of the fault?

Well the spoiler light hasn't worked for over 3 years lol

Just driving to my girlfriends and the EPC light came on the only thing I have done today is fit a new spoiler brake light and had the vent out on the drivers side and drove to my gf's with the light switch disconnected the one which sits in the vent to turn the lights on

I didn't clamp mine just put something under ie some newspaper and just have the other filter ready to go on it should take from start to finish about 10 mins max

Right so wheel off slacken the two bolts pull the hub out as far as it will go tighten bolts back up same on the other side and take it to the garage for the tracking to be set up does that sound right?

I'm going to have to get it up in the air and have a look myself, i'm sure there is still adjustment left on the coilover

I'm running FK coilovers not to sure which one's tho, back on the standard GTi wheels and he's test it to see if he can get the equipment on which he can. He's saying that he can't do it because something to do which the camber is on full adjustment so i said "why not just adjust it back then" his reply "you can't on lowered cars"

Hi Guys, Right just had my car into the garage to have the camber set because its killing my tyres think it's at like -3, so i wanted it setting at like -1 but the guy at the garage said he can't change the camber due to how low the car is, is this bull**** or not? i was just looking at fattys pictures of is lupo and its no lower than that. And my steering is pretty heavy to is this due to the camber? Please help Cheers

i've changed the ARB Bushes & Wishbone Bushes so it must be the top mounts, if i jack the car up and lift the wheel up and down do you think i should be able to hear the noise?

Do you think that's what will be causing the front end to bang around

Ok cheers il have to get some on order, i've seen some on kam racing but there solid top mounts would i be better going for them?

Are they just normal top mounts or are they different because there coilovers ?
