Got my hand dirty too So my new wheels have just got back from been polished. Just need to add the finishing touches n tyres fitting then they will be ready to go on the car.

Oright well it's ok went there is air getting to it and I've had it sat on drive running with no issues. But it didn't like the traffic jam lol. Ye I know the sensor your on about. This one ^ Do you think it needs replacing?

Tested the fan today and it works, so it could be the thermostat? And it over heated yesterday in a traffic jam. Any other help/advice? "John" - Is that the plug which is located below the top hose?

Coz it did over heat when it went for the mot. But I thought I knew what ye issue was.

The cars running fine and not over heating but the fan doesn't seem to be kicking in. Can someone possiable give me a tick list to check off of possiable issues? Cheers guys.

Ye I know. Need my other wheels polishing up then tyres. Been busy with uni for the past 6 month. Finish now tho so only 2 degree show and my graduation. Need to have a look at show dates and set my self a target.
