You've posted about this car before haven't you? Just been looking at it on the vw used stock list. How about this one. Dunno how suitable this is for you. Used Gti prices seem to have gone up to me, everything seems very expensive.

Ain't no gti out till the autumn, evo just tested the GT TDi 140, it was probably that one. I like the new interior, except the plastic that the top part of the dash is made from is the 'rhino scrotum' (go take a look, you'll never look at it the same way) style stuff you get it cheap cars, eg my Fiat. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> And the steering wheel feels awfully cheap and nasty. Needs a nice three spoke. (think posher models do come with one)

Was slightly worried, but I have a pretty good memory and I'm sure its standard on all gti's.

I've seen a gti with the leathers and that had red seat belts. And didn't matty's lupo have the grey/black interior, and that definintely had red ones.

Nah, they come with all gti's don't they?

Its a crime that sporting fiats don't come with red seat belts anymore.

I always keep a good photo record, something I got off my dad. My mates recently got a seicento sporting in yellow and before I chuck the punto in we're going to do a bit of a photoshoot up north wales, and give it a last nice clean. Infact I might give it a quick clean today too, its looking crap!

If you think about it financially it would probably be best to sell while under 20k but I wouldn't, you've only had it 8 months, and I personally like to keep mine for a couple of years at least. Personally I'm never getting rid of my gti, in two years I'll get something else and either give it to my dad to potter about in or let the g/f use it.

I know theres a 52 plate grey anthracite with leather knocking around somewhere as I went to see it in port talbot a year ago. That car was a bargin, it had done 200 miles and was up for £13,990. Lucky ******* got that one I tell you. Have yet to see it on the road since though. Other than that. Theres a silver one around here and also a raven blue one I always seem to see between Cardiff and Aberdare. I also saw a silver one drive down a road in Gornal (Dudley) out one of the back windows of my house. They did the Fiat yellow like mine on the S3 but for some reason VW have never used it on their performance cars.
