Doesnt seem bad for less than £30 how do you fix the motors to the doors? must be quite tight in the door and boot?

The one thing that bugs me about my 1.4 lupo is the fact that there is no central locking. Im forever having to remind people about locking the door and the boot etc... Has anyone actually got round to fitting an aftermarket central locking kit? Theres a few available on ebay etc but we dont really know what we are looking for...or if its even possible DIY? Where do the actuators fit within the doors? Im not really bothered about it being remote or not, id just like everything to open by the turn of the key and not have to get in and lean across or walk round. Please help

My Lupo recently went in to have its gearbox reconditioned. We dont know whether this has been since it was done or recently but my lupo has no reverse lights. The bulbs have been checked and it isnt those. Is there a sensor that would have been unplugged whilst the gearbox was out? If so could it be possible that the sensor wasnt plugged bk in causing the car not to realise its in reverse therefore no reverse lights? If so, could you tell me where this sensor is so i can check that its plugged in rather than taking it to a garage and wasting both mine and their time? style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":blush:" border="0" alt="blush.gif" />
