I think u can remove them all together as long as ur front indicators can be seen when standing one meter from the side of the car (ie: next to the front wheel???)? So i guess it would be illegal on the loop/arosa. It'd only cost £40 for a welder to do it and would look sweet if u removed the handles too! Pop pop.
Hi, Anyone painted there calipers? I've just put 16s on my Arosa 16v and thought they might look tidy if painted. The car's red so the obvious choice is red all round, but i was thinking some shiny silver might look nice and subtle?
My rears condensed too. Luckily my local Seat dealer sorted mine - but they had sh!t loadsa trouble gettin it to be covered under the waranty. When u seal them with silicone its worth givin them a blast with a hair dryer!
U should check the standard wheels that came with your car to confirm the offset. On my 16v they're 43 even though most people say they're 35/38...? If the 195 part represents the width of the tyre that is 7.75 inches so i guess the tyres will just stretch over the rim. It will definitely reduce the chance of scrubbing as the tyre wall will be curved more. I aint no expert so i might be wrong! And i like the deep rim on these wheels.
Save the "hasselhoff" messing about in the back and just fit some decent components up front. At the end of the day you sit in the front not the back. And if you do go in the back the only sound will be the music of love (or a few groans)!! Phil
I know i'm a bit late on this topic but I was at Bluewater last night, but no one saw (or heard) my freshly blinged Arosa! We're just not as good as u Lupo Boys & Girls!
