  2. just one thing i have seen 1.4 petrols for sale which are 16 valve but dont have the centre exhaust. so is this still the 100 bhp version or the 75?really confused!
  3. Would love the 1.4 16v but just the huge problem with insurance as im only 18. But that would be the one i want!gonna try and drive a tdi today as a mate has one so im gonna drive that a whirl!the main thing which i think gives the tdi the edge is its standard spec!   6. That all sounds good!kinda swinging towards the tdi! and the insurance isnt a problem as i just did my pass plus!! but with the higher spec and the better mpg i think i will go for the tdi!just need to find one now!

  13. so i have standard vw alloys on my little lupo and was wondering if it is easy for me to spray them white myself or should i just get someone to do it? Also does anyone have an pics of white alloys on a black lupo? Cheers in advance

  15. So i just ordered a sony head unit and wanna change it for my vw head unit. Is it as simple as getting the removal key things for my vw headunit then switch them over then slide the sony one in? also where can i get the removal keys from? or will some car audio place just let me borrow theirs to do mine quickly? they better or i need to buy some!!   20. Well have been thinking about this for a long time now. I planned to just make a template from plywood and then use some special glue to stick it to the parcel shelf. Then i thought i could just make markings on the parcel shelf to mark out the speakers then just cut this out. Is this the right thing to do or is there a better way? Has anyone got any pics or had it done?if so was is it easy to wire up? Cheers Ed

  22. Hi just wondering how low i can drop my car. I have a 1 litre lupo on the standard vw alloys.was thinking around 60mm but would i get any rub or would the hit on bumps?Thanks in advance Ed
  23. Looking good fella!Just realised where your from.Im in Eastbourne too.I drive a black lupo.Hopefully see you on the road!Do you have a workshop in Eastbourne as looking to smother my front and rear bumpers too.Hope its going well.
