came up against this a few times, usual ends up being dry fittings. take the door card off and spray some WD40 on all the lock components, then spray on some grease. done... hopefully the grease will stop the water from drying it out again.

Bumpstops for front and rear
deewhy replied to Jazz-Loop's topic in Car Care, Maintenance and Mechanical
powerflex do a kit, as well as bugpack, powerflex ones are more expensive. think a full bugpack kit (front wishbones, bumpstops and strut mounts. rear axel bushes, bumpstops and strut mounts) is about £150. powerflex is about that for just the wishbone kit. -

deck my arosa on saturday. looks sweet. on coilovers, buffs on all wheels. but i dont wanna take inner arches out and roll arches etc. anyone else have this problem. wheels are 195x45x15 et38 or 35. cant mind. wolfrace street octanes. want it lower. took the adjusters out at the back. still not low enough. i wont be happy till my mubflaps are scraping the road how low can you go with a similar set up. would you change the wheels, tyres. was thinking 185x40.

Revs dropping and car cutting out
deewhy replied to dazraz_uk's topic in Car Care, Maintenance and Mechanical
i had the same problem on my arosa. traced it back to a burst vacume hose on the manifold.
