  1. Supersprint do one, available in the uk from eurostyling, stockists are places like ripspeed, demon geeks, TSR performance (highly recommended) Wouldn't recommend Powerflow, they're not full on stainless steel and have a tendancy to rot and fall apart (lifetime warranty though, so at least they'll replace it!), dunno where you are, but there is a place in SOuthampton called Stealth systems, they'll make you a top quality ss exhaust, i have a few mates who have them and you won't find better, gonna go down they're myself when i've got some money and see what they'll do for me. They also do supercharger conversions aswell, they're currently working on a celica `t-sport` with 250bhp plus.
  2. Theres no picture of it but go to I `e-mailed` euro styling (uk importer) a while back and i think they said the back box was about £230 and the system was £300 and from what i've heard, its still a twin round, but bigger and louder.
  3. Anyone got one of these or seen one of these. I think i want one!

    NOS

NOS will only kill your engine if its incorrectly fitted and/or set up. It will also kill your engine if it is used incorrectly. When you use NOS you need to make sure that the engine is running at or above the limit where peak torque is produced, otherwise it will strain the engine and kill it. Most engines are easily strong enough to take an increase in power, no car should have a problem with a 50 bhp jet. You can also get controllers that will only inject NOS when your engines running at a safe RPM to do so, they will also feed it in gradually from say 10%-100%, or 40%-80%, you can programme different settings. As for Chassis and brake upgrades, so long as your responsible with your NOS, you shouldn't need them. Its not permanent power, so use it when its safe to i.e. Overtaking, away from tossers in Novas at the lights (not that they have a hope in hell against a GTI), not just before you're going into a corner. Gotta get NOS
  5. I have an alpine unit in my GTI, it doesn't have a blue display but who cares when alpines sound as good as they do! I've had kenwoods and sony's in the past and they're no where near as good for sound quality. Besides, its not like it looks out of place just cos it doesn't have a blue display. Blends in quite well! If you specifically want a blue display, Kenwood do quite a few models with the option of a blue display. More reliable than sony's too.
